NOTICE

It is with great anticipation that I inform you of the closure of my law practice, effective June 30, 2025.

Even greater is my appreciation for my clients and their trust in me and my firm to handle their legal matters, particularly the closing and the handling of their real property.

Since 1990, we have handled more than 26,457 closings. This has been a blessing. We have been a part of families, builders, developers, banks, realtors, and Lenders buying and selling homes, land, commercial, and industrial property. We have participated in the growth of neighborhoods and communities and are grateful to have played a role in so many lives.

In 2003, I was awarded an AV rating in Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating an attorney can achieve for professional and ethical standards. This recognition reflects the expertise, experience, integrity and overall professional excellence of everyone associated with Talley & Associates, P.C. I would not have received this recognition without those around me. Thank you to those of the past and to those working with me today for being part of this extraordinary journey.
